The waitlist is free and creates no obligation to buy. The subscription Terms (pt-PT and EN) will be published before any sale and will include: identification: see Legal information; Portuguese law without prejudice to the mandatory protection of your country of residence; adults (18+) only; health notice; monthly plan with automatic renewal; the regular price may change, with 30 days' notice and the right to cancel before it applies (the founder price does not change); cancellation in the app; full refund within 14 days of the first payment, no questions asked; regular price €8.99/month and founder price €6.99/month (VAT included) for people on the waitlist who start their free week by the date shown in the launch email (7 days after we send it) and subscribe within 7 days after it ends, kept for as long as the subscription stays active without a break and never increased, even if the VAT rate changes (a failed payment doesn't count as a break while the charge is retried, up to 30 days; a subscription ended for non-payment can be reactivated at €6.99 within the following 30 days; anyone who cancels and comes back, or doesn't start in time, pays the regular price); Paddle as reseller (merchant of record); alternative dispute resolution and the Portuguese electronic complaints book (Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico).
